Director Simple Suni |
With Udaya TV's social thriller Shambhavi, the director has now jumped into directing and producing a television series. The man, who began by helping filmmaker Dinesh Baboo, claims that the film's compelling plot and unexpected turns drew him to take the helm as director of Shambhavi.
It is more than just a sociological thriller; it also discusses faith and intensely personal family ties.
The protagonist is a young girl named Shambhavi. The story follows the struggles of the young girl, who was born to a rich mother and a lowly schoolteacher. You wonder if the girl's father is really who he claims to be, or if he has a troubled past that caused the mother's breakdown and forced the child to rely heavily on divine intervention.
The series allows you to savour the moment a little bit longer, according to Suni, who is rushing to finish his Kannada feature Ondu Sarala Prema Kathe with Vinay Rajkumar and is eagerly anticipating the release of Avathara Purusha 2. We can also include incidents related to regular household chores because viewers tune in daily and care about the characters.
He continues by saying that while elements like the actor, director, and production company influence moviegoers to watch them, when it comes to television shows, it is the familiar faces on the tiny screen that draw viewers in rather than the show's logo or director's name. Of course, the plot must keep them interested week after week.
According to Suni, the show will be popular with families, particularly with women and kids. "Baby Rachana TB plays the titular role, and is joined by Aishwarya Sindhogi, Harish TV, Vinay Gowda, Ambujakshi, Dali Rajesh, Surya Kundapura, and Rohith Nayak."
