The movie's distributors just published the Nayakan re-release poster on social media. According to the poster, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Karnataka will all receive broad releases of the critically acclaimed drama. Velu Naicker (Kamal Haasan), a regular slum dweller, was unimaginably transformed into a crime boss in Nayakan. Janagaraj, Vijayan, M. V. Vasudeva Rao, Delhi Ganesh, Nizhalgal Ravi, Nassar, and Tara could be seen playing supporting parts alongside Saranya and Karthika in the film. Even Dayavan, a Hindi remake of Nayakan, was released in 1988. This masterwork features heart-melting music by renowned musician Ilaiyaraaja and laudable camera work by PC Sreeram.
