The full schedule of highlights available this week on Amazon Prime Video is shown below.
(1) The Continental: From the World of John Wick centres on a network of hotels that acts as a safe haven for criminals; the hotel staff at The Continental tries to deal with the hitmen and killers who stay there. The historic hotel's beginnings will be examined in the three-part miniseries. In a terrifying attempt to grab the hotel where he would ultimately assume his reign, Winston Scott (played by Colin Woodell) designs a deadly route through the property's shadowy underworld. Mel Gibson, Colin Woodell, and Mishel Prada play crucial parts in the series, which was created by Greg Coolidge, Shawn Simmons, and Kirk Ward.
(2) Cassandro (September 22): Based on actual occurrences, Cassandro tells the tale of Sal Armendáriz, an openly gay amateur wrestler from El Paso, Texas, who becomes famous throughout the world after inventing the persona Cassandro, the "Liberace of Lucha Libre." He not only transforms the macho wrestling industry, but also his own life. Gael Garca Bernal, Roberta Colindrez, and Perla De La Rosa play crucial roles in the Roger Ross Williams-directed movie.
(3) The Wheel of Time S02E06 (22 September):.Rand and Moiraine fled for their lives in the previous episode of The Wheel of Time Season 2. A new adversary is met by Egwene and Nynaeve. The High Lord Turak, who is dissatisfied with High Lady Suroth's capture of the hamlet, demands an explanation from her. The Horn of Valere is then given to his High Lord by none other than Padan Fain, who also gives Turak a gift. Rosamund Pike, Josha Stradowski, Daniel Henney, Zo Robins, and Madeleine Madden all have significant roles in The Wheel of Time. The first five episodes of Rafe Judkins' fantasy series are already available to stream.
(4) War in Life, S01-S03(September 23):A luxurious apartment on the 100th story of the Hera Palace, the setting of the Korean suspense drama series The Penthouse: War in Life, contains many secrets and unspoken goals. The owner of the penthouse residence is Shim Suryeon, a wealthy native. The head of the household, Cheon Seojin, exerts every effort to provide for her daughter. OH Yoonhee hails from a low-income household but aspires to join high society by ruling the penthouse. The series also features Eun-Kyung Shin and Uhm Ki-joon in the key characters and was written by Kim Soon Ok and directed by Joo Dong Min.
(5) Taxi Driver S01-S02 (September 23): Kim Do-gi (Lee Je-hoon), a recent graduate of the Korea Military Academy, is the focus of the Korean crime drama. During his early years, he tragically lost his mother to murder, an experience that will always haunt him. He has chosen a special path in life since he is unable to exact revenge on the person who killed his mother. Kim now drives a taxi for a business that helps people who have experienced injustices exact the vengeance they desire by offering a revenge-call service. The series also features Kim Eui-sung and Pyo Ye-jin in the key characters and is directed by Park Joon-woo for season 1 and Lee-dan for season 2.
(5) Subhedar(September 21):T he fifth installment of Shivraj Ashtak, which details the extraordinary life of Subedar Tanaji Malusare, is the Marathi movie Subhedar. In the movie, Subedar Tanaji Malusare delays Raiba's nuptials in order to lead a gallant assault on the Kondhana fort. He engages in battle with unmatched bravery, ultimately succeeding and inspiring the renaming of the fort to Sinhagad. The film's primary actors are Chinmay Mandlekar, Ajay Purkar, and Smita Shewale, and it was written and directed by Digpal Lanjekar.
